Our commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a fundamental part of our business objectives. We strive to promote sustainability on multiple fronts, starting with our partnership with family-owned farms to ensure their financial stability and provide necessary support. We do this through annual profit sharing of a percentage of our profits and zero-interest loans for farms in needs, based on exclusive sales contracts for sugarcane.
Our commitment to CSR is also reflected in our support for our staff and their families. We operate Haven Free Clinics at each of our factories and provide health coverage for our staffs, their families and anyone in need of care.
The company provides comprehensive health care coverage for his workers and families. Even If a patient chooses to receive treatment in a private hospital, NPT Sugar Group will reimburse either the entire cost of medicine or half of the total cost, whichever is higher.
